Our Strategy

We engaged a team of leading architects and planners for an interior and exterior re-design, as well as seeking local Council consent for additional buildable area. Sydney CBD and North Sydney CBD will form a cluster known as the Eastern Harbour City proposed by the State Government, and Catlan is strategically located in the heart of this cluster.
